Tis Parent, West Media Acquires MY 103

Communications firm West Media announced Friday they have acquired MY 103 in a cash and

stock deal, as the traditional Christmas empire continues to look for growth by broadening their offerings.

This deal allows MY 103 to continue to deliver its Christmas programming year round and not on a seasonal basis.

Beginning as KRWD MY 103, a few months ago, station ownership rebranded the station as KHITS 96 ending its three year run.
